Job Description
NewLifeAll is a healthcare company based in New Delhi, focused on improving patient outcomes through technology. We operate as a close-knit team of 11–50 professionals.
We are seeking a Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain server-side systems for our healthcare platform. This role is based onsite in New Delhi and requires a hands-on approach to scalable, secure infrastructure.
What you'll do
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and data security.
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams to ship features.
Requirements
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Prior experience in healthcare or regulated industries.

• 2–4 years of professional backend development experience.
