Job Description

1. After very successful 2025, our client is looking for Business Development Managers to develop new markets..
2. Drive new business across overseas markets through online outreach, networking, client meetings, events and industry roadshows.
3. Build relationships with employers, recruitment businesses and other potential partners, presenting the value of AI-driven hiring solutions.
4. Conduct market and competitor analysis across different regions, identifying recruitment trends, customer needs and opportunities for growth.
5. Hong Kong passport or US Green Card required due to the international travel requirements.

Key Candidate Criteria

1. Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships or Market Expansion; HR Tech, SaaS, AI or recruitment technology experience is a strong advantage.
2. Comfortable combining digital prospecting with face-to-face commercial activity, including international travel, exhibitions and client meetings.
3. Strong understanding of market research, competitor analysis and go-to-market strategy, with the ability to turn insights into effective sales messaging.
4. International or multicultural working experience, ideally with genuine exposure to both Mainland China and Western business environments.
5. Fluent Mandarin and English, with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Office

1. Xiamen, China
2. Expect approximately 6 months per year travelling/working in international markets, particularly the US and UK.

Salary

1. 30k-50k HKD per month depending on experience and capabilities.
