Happy Tech is a technology company with 201–500 employees, headquartered in New Delhi. We are hiring a Data Analyst to strengthen our data-driven decision-making capabilities.
The Data Analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights for business teams. This role supports operational efficiency and strategic planning through accurate reporting and analysis.
What you'll do
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports to support operational decisions.
Requirements
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experiment design.
Experience
• 0–1 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
