The Frontend Engineer will develop and maintain user-facing features for Happy Tech’s core platform. This role ensures high-performance, accessible interfaces that meet product and business requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and services.

• Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and performance optimisation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS libraries.

• Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.

• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.

• Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering frameworks.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer.
