Job Description
Waygood is a technology company headquartered in Abrama, India, with a team of 51–200 professionals. We build practical software solutions for real-world operational challenges.
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain web applications across the entire stack. This role requires hands-on work with both frontend and backend systems in a collaborative, on-site environment.
What you'll do
• Develop and maintain responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend APIs.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Requirements
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and RESTful API design.
• Solid understanding of version control (Git) and agile development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Experience
• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.
