We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Delhi and contribute to our mission in the education sector. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement educational technology solutions.
- Manage and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for product improvement.
- Support the design and execution of training programs for internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in all deliverables.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Participate in user research and feedback collection to enhance product usability.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role within the education sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or educational software.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Prior experience working in a large organization (500+ employees).
