Waygood is a technology company headquartered in Abrama, India, with a team of 51–200 professionals. We build and maintain web applications that support our operational and client-facing services.

We are seeking a Laravel Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our PHP-based applications. This role focuses on writing clean, efficient code and collaborating with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects.

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and maintain Laravel-based web applications and APIs.

• Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to implement new features.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and security.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework (including Eloquent, Blade, and Artisan).

• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases and RESTful API design.

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Experience with queue systems, caching (Redis/Memcached), and task scheduling.

• Knowledge of Docker or other containerization tools for local development.

Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in Laravel development or a related PHP role.
