Happy tech is seeking a MERN Developer to join its remote team on a full-time basis. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and data security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure high performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience as a MERN Developer or in a similar full-stack role.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready web applications using the MERN stack.
