Help Study Abroad is an education company based in New Delhi that assists students with international study planning. We provide guidance and resources to simplify the study abroad process.
The QA Intern will support our product team in testing and validating our digital platforms. This role focuses on identifying issues and ensuring a reliable user experience.
What you'll do
• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Document bugs and track them through resolution with the development team.
• Assist in creating and updating test documentation and checklists.
Requirements
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
• Ability to work independently and follow structured test plans.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Exposure to education or study abroad platforms.
Experience
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
