Happy Tech is a London-based technology company with a team of 201–500 professionals. We are hiring a QA Manual Tester to ensure our software products meet quality standards before release.
The QA Manual Tester will execute test cases and identify defects in our applications. This role ensures product reliability through structured manual testing processes.
What you'll do
• Develop and execute manual test cases based on product requirements.
• Document and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and validate functionality.
Requirements
• Proven experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Ability to write clear, concise bug reports and test documentation.
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
Experience
• 2–4 years of experience as a QA Manual Tester.
