Job Description
amg is a manufacturing company with 51-200 employees headquartered in Abiramam, India. The company is hiring a QA Engineer to strengthen product quality and process reliability in its manufacturing operations.
The QA Engineer will develop and execute test plans to ensure manufactured products meet specified quality standards. This role collaborates with production and engineering teams to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
What you'll do
• Design and maintain test cases for manufacturing processes and finished products.
• Execute manual and automated tests to detect defects and non-conformities.
• Document test results and report issues to engineering and production teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management system standards.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis methods.

• 2–4 years of experience as a QA Engineer in manufacturing.
