Job Description
abcde is a technology company with 51–200 employees, headquartered in Abrama, India. It is hiring a Quality Analyst to ensure product reliability and process compliance as the organization scales.
The Quality Analyst will develop and execute test plans to identify defects and maintain quality standards. This role collaborates with development teams to deliver consistent, error-free software releases.
What you'll do
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases for software features.
• Document, track, and escalate defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
Requirements
• Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with at least one test management tool (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and suggest process improvements.
• Familiarity with SQL queries for data validation.
• Basic knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Experience
• 2–4 years of experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar testing role.
