The Quality Analyst will ensure product quality through systematic testing and process evaluation. This role is critical to maintaining consistent standards across our technology outputs.
What you'll do
• Execute test plans and document defects with clear reproducibility steps.
• Review processes and recommend improvements to reduce error rates.
• Collaborate with development teams to verify fixes and maintain quality logs.
Requirements
• Proven experience in manual testing and quality assurance methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to use bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Basic knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation.
Experience
• 2+ years in a quality assurance or testing role.
