The Salesforce QA Engineer will ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce-based applications through structured testing. This role is hands-on, requiring direct collaboration with developers and business analysts.

What you'll do

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for Salesforce customizations and integrations.

• Identify, document, and track defects in Jira or similar tools, verifying fixes through retesting.

• Collaborate with developers and admins to validate business workflows, permissions, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom objects).

• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and using data validation tools.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum testing practices and test management tools.

• Experience with Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset.

• Familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP) and Postman.

Experience

• 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years specifically on Salesforce platforms.
