We are hiring a Frontend Developer to build and maintain user-facing web interfaces. This is an onsite, full-time role based in New Delhi.

What will you be doing?

1. Analyze, gather, and prioritize client business requirements to deliver customized solutions.
2. Translate business needs into efficient and scalable technical designs and processes.
3. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure successful multi-cloud implementations within time, budget, and scope.
4. Communicate clearly with clients and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Apply Salesforce best practices to develop and implement robust solutions.
6. Deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations in both functionality and service.
7. Provide training and create documentation to empower clients to use Salesforce platforms effectively.
8. Share expertise and mentor team members to promote continuous learning and growth.

Your profile

1. Based in Belgium or The Netherlands.
2. European citizenship or valid work permit needed.
3. Dutch and English speaking.
4. Proficient in Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, and integrations.
5. Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD tools.
6. Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
7. Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certifications (required).
8. Additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, or Platform Developer II) are a plus.
